Josette Lapeyrouse, 77, a native of Dudelange, Luxembourg and a resident of Chauvin, died Saturday, May 23, 2015. She loved being with family, exchange students and children. She was a great cook and loved life. Josette belonged to numerous organizations, VFW and American Legion Auxiliary and the Alter Society.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Chauvin, LA.
Burial will be in St. Joseph's Mausoleum at a later date.
