Mary Lou Mathews McNeal, 83, native of Emmet, AR and resident of Thibodaux, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Monday, March 23, 2015.
Visitation is from 9 a.m. until memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 28 at University Baptist Church in Thibodaux.
She is survived by her daughter, Margie Niemeyer Clement; granddaughter, Amanda Clement Guidry; twin great grandsons, Kolby and Luke Guidry; special nephew, Matthew Lyles; and three sisters, Fannie Williams of Longview, TX, Tenna Lyles of Camden, AR, Janice (Jim) Bailey of Victoria, TX.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years James T. McNeal; former husband Charles D. Niemeyer; son-in-law, Laury "Bulldog" Clement, and brothers-in-law, Jack Williams and Wayne Lyles.
Mary Lou was born September 19, 1931 to Tom and Melinda Mathews of Emmet, AR. She traveled the world with her husband James. She enjoyed reading, knitting and being with her family.
