At CLHS, Vannessa was one of my best friends. We did almost everything together. We were in ARC together and she was always at my house. She was suppose to join the Marines with me, but even I knew she truly belonged with her family and not in boot camp with me. At CLHS, Vannessa was one of my best friends. We did almost everything together. We were in ARC together and she was always at my house. She was suppose to join the Marines with me, but even I knew she truly belonged with her family and not in boot camp with me. She was always there for me and was kind enough to befriend me when I was new at school. She was funny and always making me laugh and was my shoulder to cry on when I needed one. She was one of the most kindhearted people I had ever known. I only wish we had kept in touch over the years. I will miss my friend and I know she is in heaven watching all of her friends and family like the angel she is.
